It is difficult to tell what the problem could be just from that error. Was the report exported into a JSON package from a different environment? Is that environment the same or a lower version than the one you are importing it into? Were there any errors when exporting the report? Did the report work correctly in its original environment?

UPDATE: Researching a bit more, the log scale is available in Viya 4 for these graphs:

A new Logarithmic scale option is available for scatter plots, time series plots, line charts, forecasting objects, and numeric series plots.

Prior to that, only normalization is available.

The table you have selected is autoloaded as part of the auditing process. It cannot be interactively loaded via the Administrator. If you expected the table to be loaded (that is, you know you have auditing enabled), then check the autoload logs for any errors. A troubleshooting note for auditing is here: KB0036304

Also see Reload Methods.

The changes are made using the Configuration Manager plug-in.

It appears that you do either do not have access to Configuration Manager plug-in, or maybe the plug-in is not installed on the client that you are using. Are you logged in as an unrestricted user?

This SAS note might help you get the plug-ins installed. However, this is really an install issue, so if you have problems, then I'd suggest posting to the Administration and Deployment community.

https://support.sas.com/kb/60/639.html

After enabling auditing in Configuration Manager and restarting the web application server, if you are still unable to get the audit data loaded, please open a case with SAS Technical Support for further assistance.

va.AuditingEnabled is a configuration property for the Visual Analytics application, found under Configuration Manager > Application Infrastructure in SMC. Open Properties for Visual Analytics and check the Advanced tab for the property.
Identifying the Problem

As soon as you answer "no" to an item in the list, go to the Checklist as indicated and start reviewing each step required to enable auditing to ensure that they are done. For example, this is the first item in the Identifying the Problem list.

Does an audit_visualanalytics.sas7bdat file exist in the <EVDMLA>/Append directory?

If no, then this is a problem. Move on to the Checklist.

If yes, then move to step 2.

If you answer "no" to this--meaning that there is no audit_visualanalytics.sas7bdat in that directory--then start going through the Checklist to make sure that all of the required steps were taken. If you answer "yes" to that item, then move on to item 2, and so on.

Once auditing is enabled, the audit_visualanalytics LASR table is loaded via the autoload process. You don't load it manually. Did you review the troubleshooting Checklist in the article? If you go to the Visual Analytics Administrator application, do you see the audit_visualanalytics LASR table loaded (indicated by the green status circle)?

Which version of Visual Analytics are you using?

Re: How to achieve a stacked bar graph like this?

Bar charts do have a stacking option and you can display them horizontally.

Just a quick example:
