In PDF files, the table of contents provides a map that helps your audience to navigate the document easily. However, the default table of contents that is generated by the SAS® Output Delivery System (ODS) destination, while informative, is fairly utilitarian. Your procedures and DATA steps generate tables and graphs that have meaning to you and your audience. Likewise, the table of contents should also be as meaningful as possible by clarifying the contents of your PDF.
