Narcisse Torshizi is accomplished leader in technology and advanced analytics, dedicated to driving impactful, AI-driven solutions within the financial sector through data and innovation. Currently, Narcisse is a Customer Solution Lead at SAS, leveraging expertise in advanced analytics and AI to drive impactful, client-focused solutions within the financial sector. Previously, Narcisse directed the development of the premier Conversational AI product of Scotiabank which won 2023 Digital Transformation Award and she is also the winner of Scotiabank’s Top Individual Performance in the 2023 Best of the Best awards. At Scotiabank, Narcisse led a team of AI specialists in the development and end-to-end implementation of an LLM-powered internal search engine, built on Google's framework.
