Hello,

There is a dataset named 'customers' in the below link; I'm just wondering where I can download this dataset.

PROC SURVEYSELECT: Getting Started :: SAS/STAT(R) 9.3 User's Guide

Thanks

Does your SAS online help/documentation have an entry for "Learning to use SAS"? if so, look in the "Sample SAS Programs" in the "SAS/STAT Samples" for the procedure of interest. The entry for "SURVEYSELECT Procedure" has "Getting Started Examples for PROC SURVEYSELECT" with data steps to build the Customers data set.

In general most of the examples in any of the procedures basic documentation will appear in the learning SAS section.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
