Hi experts,

I am working to fit structural equation modelling. The dependent variable is mortality and it is binary (0,1). I am looking at the relationship between variables as presented in the picture.

I am new to the SAS program and am unsure how to run PROC CALIS. You can find the sample in the uploaded excel sheet.

I hope someone can help me to write the SEM code.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

There are a number of papers that provide details on using proc calis. To find them search for 'calis' using this url: https://www.lexjansen.com/cgi-bin/saspapers_query.php
