quantile regression with spatial data

Can SAS estimate quantile regression models using spatial data?  For example, can proc spatialreg estimate quantiles?  Alternatively, can proc quantreg accommodate spatial data with a spatial weighting matrix?  The documentation suggests maybe not.

I don't have an answer. The QUANTREG routine does not support modeling spatial covariance structures, so I don't think that is an option. I am not very familiar with PROC SPATIALREG.
