in our company we are using NPS as customer satisfaction measurement.  i have to prove that we need to increase the sampling size, so I want to use proc power.

 

Normally I use proc power for 2 groups, But NPS has 3 groups (promoter, detractor, passive).  

Which method should I use in proc power?
