Can anyone tell me please if SAS can do a one-sample log rank test ?

That is if a sample of (censored) survival times is available we can compare it to the survival experience of historical controls - the controls being described by a single hazard function or as a hazard affected by covariates in which case each "individual's" survival time is compared to the rate an individual with the same covariates would have in the historical cohort.

The test is also described here http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/pst.1654/abstract (probably more clearly than I've managed)

many thanks in advance
