Hi all,

So I am doing a class project.

My outcome variable is SDM and has 3 categories - poor, average and optimal.

I used multinomial regression but my professor also asked me to do it as 2 logistic regression models, like 1- poor vs average and 2- poor vs optimal and put it in a single table. how do I code for this. For example, for the first model I need to consider only poor and average and for the second model i consider only poor and optimal.

Thanks

Is your question about how to do 2-level model or to combine the results of different 2-level models into a single output table?

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
