What SAS procedures can be implemented for L-diversity or T-closeness

Can you please help me to anonymise the data based on certain techniques and one of them is L-diversity or T-closeness. Is there any SAS procedure or do I have to use my other sas skills to anonymise the data? Kindly let me know.
