I have longitudinal data with continuous outcome and missing values and I want to fit marginal model. Can weighted GEE be fitted in this type of data as primary analysis?
If you have missing data that is generated as a result of dropouts then you can use Proc GEE with the MISSMODEL statement to apply the weighted GEE model. I would suggest taking a look at the GEE documentation for the details and syntax.
