A fine colleague has measured a sample by colour.
| Tube | Colour |
| 1 | 1.4 |
| 1 | 1.3 |
| 1 | 1.4 |
| 2 | 1.1 |
| 2 | 1.0 |
| 2 | 1.1 |
| 3 | 1.1 |
| 3 | 1.1 |
| 3 | 1.0 |
He measured a sample i n a tube three times.
Themn he poursed teh same sample in onther tube 2 and 3 and measured again 3 times each.
My question:
Is there a SAS procedure that can calculate
a) variation of colour measurements from the same tube
b) from different tube and
c) compare variations between a) and b) is there a significant difference.
Hope that you can provide me an example

Thank you fo your contribution. You are right, PROC ANOVA is the most simple solution to handle this data set.
