Summary of method.

From section 2.2  Handling Skewness:

Could you Explan why it is necessary, how it can be used, how that method works (in my report i have to write 1 page of summary of that method)

No. It is not right place to post. You should post it at SAS Statistical Procedures My thought is most of statistical model request variables confirm to NORMAL distribution , so Skewness is not acceptable. You need LOG() or Box-Cox transformation to make it looks like NORMAL distribution.
