Where in the Proc Genmod procedure can you produce a table showing the standard error of parameter differences.

The below code seems to just show if each parameter is significantly different to the base level but it doesn't tell me whether each parameter estimate is significantly different to every other parameter.

Proc genmod data=insurancedata ;
Class   glm31_cover_type (ref="COMP");  ;
Weight NbClaims;
Model AvgClaim= glm31_cover_type  / dist=gamma
              link=log

             type1 type3  ;
Output out=pred_gamma predicted=AvgClaimEstimate;

Run;
