Hello.

I have a split plot desing with subsamplig, in repeated measures over time.

The whole-plot factor is "water" with 2 levels.

The split-plot factor is "fertilization" with 3 levels.

There are 3 "blocks".

In total there are 18 subplots (2 x 3 x 3)

In each subplot, the diameter increment of 3 trees were measured (subsampling) over 3 years at monthly intervals (36 measurements per tree).

I want to know the effects of water, fertilization, time, and interaction, as well as multiple comparisons between the treatments.

Which model should I use for my data? How to write the model in SAS?

Thank you.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
