Thank you for your response. I am looking for the standardized difference. A non parametric equivalent of the Cohen's d.

I believe that's the Z / # of pairs. You can get the Z from the PROC NPAR1WAY but need to do the rest of the math yourself from what I can see.

So for this output it is -6.1354/2? How do I interprete this?

No image and sorry, no idea. I know how to do the calculation. N=2 wouldn't be enough for Wilcoxon test though - that's too small for any statistical test isn't it?
