Response Adaptive Designs

Based on a sample size of 242 patients and 2000 simulations, I am trying to find:-

1) Number of patients in Treatment A

2) Total number of failures 

3)Power of the tests

for 3 types of randomization procedures-1) Complete randomization with probability 0.5;   2) Randomized Play The Winner Rule(5,5);   3) Efficient Response Adaptive Design with α = 0.5 and target allocation ρ =0.5825.

Can someone please help with the coding part for these 3 procedures?
