Proc treesplit not found

I tried running the proc treesplit command. However, SAS said the procedure is missing. What could be wrong?

This PROC is only available for SAS Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning. If you have not licensed SAS Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning, then you do not have access to it.
