Are you doing a path analysis and are you looking at the "Fit Summary" output table?
I guess you have a saturated model, then no chi-squared statistics can be computed.
Or you have a just-identified model.
There is a distinction between Saturated and Just Identified Models, but in both cases the model has zero degrees of freedom.
