PROC TCALIS was a temporary experimental procedure from about SAS 9.2.   I believe that functionality was rolled into the CALIS procedure in SAS 9.22.

So the answer to your question is "Yes, you can run the CALIS procedure from SAS Studio. The CALIS procedure contains the functionality that was once in PROC TCALIS."
