Dear SAS users,

I ran my random intercept model with multiple imputation for constructing my Y score. 

I could get to table of parameter estimates table but I couldn't figure a way to ask SAS produce an omnibus type 3 tests of fixed effect table that I can see when I ran each given individual model (see the picture below).

I am not sure whether I missed something...would you please advice?
