Dear SAS Users,

I am working with a longitudinal data with binary outcomes observed at time 4, 12, 24, 36 and 48 weeks.

I am looking for a SAS text on the use of PROC Glimmix for this kind of analysis.

I would also like to find a text to help me with the choice of  covariance pattern  for this multilevel model.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Iuri

These type of repeated measures over time could be handled by the RANDOM statement in PROC GLIMMIX. Guidance for choosing a covariance structure: https://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings/proceedings/sugi30/198-30.pdf
