Vector processor (machine?) for what OS environment? Also, what type of analysis do you wish to process in this environment?

OS Environment is Window Based. I have binary response data. I want to do Support Vector Regression.(I'm not sure whether I can use SVM for regression in case of Binary Response. If regression is not possible I will use SVM for classification)

SAS Enterprise Miner documentation
http://support.sas.com/documentation/whatsnew/91x/emgui53whatsnew.htm

mentions Support Vector Machines, which leads me to believe it is an advanced analytical technique, implementd through Enterprise Miner.
