Power Calculation for Non-Inferiority trial for Paired Proportion

I am trying to use Proc Power to calculate power for non-inferiority trial for paired proportions which is a binary variable. I have done some research and found an option pairedfreq to do that but looks like it's not applicable to this scenario (please see below screenshot). Is there an option available to do so with Proc Power or is there any other method available in SAS to do so?
