Is PROC SURVEYMEANS is the correct procedure to use to compute estimates of the population mean, total, proportion, and ratio, and which estimators SAS will output for each (for example, the Horvitz-Thompson estimator is one possible estimator of the population total that is used when sampling without replacement and with unequal selection probabilities - but I'm not sure if that's the estimator SAS outputs, or if there is a different one that is used when the selection probabilities are proportional to size). It would be helpful if they could point us to documentation that identifes the estimators output by SAS when the sampling weights are unequal.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
