I still do not have a local SAS but I am running a model with a random intercept. It is taking a long time but I will share the results when ready. 

I am also preparing the details you asked about.

One question though. What should I prepare for "How many levels does the ID variable have". Is it the sample size and how many repeated measures I have for each sample?
