We are trying to follow the SAS PROC MIXED paper: http://www2.sas.com/proceedings/sugi29/198-29.pdf
We are attempting to reproduce Tables 3 and 4 on Page 6.
However, we could not get the tables to display actual variable names (U1, W1, U2, W2,...,). Instead, it is Col1, Col2, Col3,... that are displayed.
Did we do anything wrong??????
