It seems PDLREG is not available in University Edition. Is that right? How can I install it?

PDLREG is an ETS procedure.  The SAS University Edition supports only six ETS procedures: TIMEDATA, TIMESERIES, ARIMA, ESM, UCM, and TIMEID.

The University Edition is as is since it is intended as learnig tool for the basic use of SAS. If you need procedures not available then you will need to get access to a licensed version with the appropriate modules.
