Hi

I am trying to get the betas and the odds ratio from a conditional logistic regression as follows:

ods output CLOddsWald=log1 Parameterestimates=Est1;

proc logistic data=test ;

strata crb;

class race sex;

model case(event='1')= race sex age /  rl;

by category;

run;

For some reason the proc logistic is failing to produce the log1 table with odds ratios, the other table Est1 is produced correctly.

This code, however,  works perfectly well without the strata option, ie the conditional regression where both output tables are generated!.

Any idea?

Best regards

Solved with ODS TRACE ON

The output should be oddsratios and not CLOddsWald

The error generated (warning)

WARNING: Output 'CLOddsWald' was not created.  Make sure that the output object name, label, or path

         is spelled correctly.  Also, verify that the appropriate procedure options are used to

         produce the requested output object.  For example, verify that the NOPRINT option is not

         used.
