In a proc GLMPOWER, I would like to know if the Ntotal obtained in the contrast corresponds to the global sample size or only the number of comparaisons needed for this contrast.
Here is an example to understand :

For the comparaison between LZ1 and LZ2 in LacticAcid1, the number 222 corresponds to the global sample size or to the number of comparaisons needed ?
=> If it is the first case, 37 measures of LZ1 and 37 measures of LZ2 are needed (222/6=37 : 74 for water because of weight=2).
=> If it is the second case, 222 measures of LZ1 and 222 measures of LZ2 are needed.
