Hello,

I am now trying to do FCS, MI. I am a very new user for that method. I am using SAS 9.4.

As the model in proc mi should be the same as analytic model, I tried to put interaction terms in  var option, class option, and fcs option. I worte down as ususl syntax for interaction term eg.  phdr*agegp.

But I got message of syntax error for that term.

What is the correct syntax for interaction term in FCS, MI?

Thanks,

marmii

Just list the variables to analyze in the VAR statement. Specify interaction terms in the MONOTONE or FCS statement. The doc has plenty of examples. For example, the FCS statement supports models through the REG, LOGISTIC, and DISCRIM models. The MONOTONE statement supports those and additional models.
