I would be glad if you could help me out on this:

I found this model in a paper which I want to replicate: 

Yijkd = (B0+B0i+B0ij+B0ijk) + (B1+B1i+B1ij+B1ijk)*xijkd+eijkl

Would be happy to get a head start in SAS syntax.
