%Mktex on SAS University Edition

Hi there, I am trying to run the MKtex and ChoicEff macros on the SAS University Edition but have not been successful. How do I go about to rectify this problem?

The %MktEx macro requires SAS/QC, which is not part of the University edition.

Specify: options=noqc

There is *a lot* that the macro can do without QC.
