Hello,

I am going to run an ordinal regression model. I have missing values for both categorical and continous variables.

I know that i can use "proc mi" to handle the missing values, but what i should do with categorical variables?

Thanks

Owis

To clarify: Do you have missing values in categorical and continuous regressors?  Or are you saying that the ordinal response variable has missing values?

You should read Paul Allison's books and papers. Start with

Imputation of categorical variables with PROC MI
