Good day to everyone.

Someone could assist me with the statistical analysis of the data set? I have two treatment groups, one for leptin and one for control. We observed the effect of treatments on body weight throughout a twelve-month period (1, 2, 3, etc.). We wish to compare these groups for 12 months side by side. Basically, we wish to do a matched pair comparison of animals. Any one share commands or help how to arrange the data set

Paired analysis doesn't seem appropriate when you have "two treatment groups, one for leptin and one for control". Does each animal get both treatments??

No. there are two groups. one animal received leptin and other control in first replicate

This is not matched paired analysis.

Seems like you should just use PROC TTEST, with a BY statement for the month variable.
