Wouldn't the Log rank test is under PROC LIFETEST?

data have;
set sashelp.bmt;
run;

proc lifetest data=have ;
time T*Status(0);
strata Group;
run;

There is no log-rank test with PROC PHREG. You can get a log-rank test in PROC LIFETEST with the STRATA statement.
