ICC (intra-class correlation) for a frailty model (proc phreg)

Hi, is there a way to estimate an ICC from a frailty model, such as that shown in output 89.11.5 in phreg's documentation Example 89.11 Analysis of Clustered Data. The model has a random effect for subject and proc phreg prints out a covariance paramater estimate. Link to the example below.
