How to use proc power to estimate sample size of Multiple Regressions?

The full regression model will look something like this, Y=b0+b1x1+b2x2+b3x3+b4x4 and all predictor variables(x1-x5) are continuous. I have no idea how many variables will be included in the final model.

alpha will be 0.05. Before gathering data, I need to estimate approximately sample size. Can proc power do this?
