Hello, everyone

 

Today I read a paper about heart disease and mortality. The authors used Cox model to analyze the association between coronary artery disease and mortality of newly diagnosed heart failure (link: https://doi.org/10.1161/JAHA.123.033938). The results I would like to get in shown in Table 4 in the paper.

 

With my data, I would like to produce the same data output. However, I have no idea how to derive these result from PROC PHREG. The PROC PHREG can show me the hazard ratio with its 95%CI. Much appreciated for you suggestion.
