Currently the IRT procedure creates an ICC for each item specified, but they are separate plots, rather than combined as almost every other software package for IRT does.  How can I combine these plots?

It helps to show your code so we don't have to ask questions such as : are you usin the Unpack / unpackpanel options? If so, try the code without either one.

For more complete control of plots you can send the data generated from the plots to output sets and then generate plots with more control with the SGPLOT, SGPANEL or GTL code and SGRender procedures.
