I am doing PCA in SAS guide. Just wanted to know the following?

 

Was standardize not required in SAS while performing PCA? As it directly calculates the correlation matrix when I run PCA ( proc princomp)

 

Kindly advise.

Yes, Proc PrinComp can create a correlation matrix from raw data, so you do not need to standardize the data first.
