How do organize he data to use ANOVA

I have 5 true/false questions that was administered to three job categories. What should I used to get the combined means and p-values by job category for such a dataset

ANOVA is only for continuous/consequence variable, for ordinary check WILCOXON test which is non-parameter version of ANOVA (proc npar1way + wilcoxon option).
