How do I get PROC surveymeans output in percentage terms?

My Output is shown below. How do I get the mean, std error, and the 95% CI in percentage terms?

Easiest would be to generate an output data set from the results and then print or display with a report procedure such as Report or Tabulate using a PERCENT format for the appropriate variables.
