You can use Proc SURVEYREG.

but what I should write in the code to get the ANOVA ? or Wilcoxon

I only know how to get chisq I write

proc surveyfreq data=......;

tables ...../chisq;

run;

But what I should write in the code to get ANOVE and Wilcoxon
