Hi, i am currently writing a paper on asthma and i need to use sas to compare my results. There are two groups the asthma group and the control group, both have investigated the number of AA ,AG ,GG  present in one snp. How to procede? I check the internet and they said that i should procede with a mantel haenszel test. I know basic sas but need more help with this one... The results are in excel, from row 1-100 asthma pts 101-200 control

Hi.

There is PROC FREQ that has the option to calculate Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel (CMH) test.

proc freq data = your_data;

     tables group*response/CMH;

run;

You may need to use a weight statement...not sure...
