When I compared and analyzed the two groups after matching using OneToManyMTCH, the p-value shows a difference.
It should show there's no difference.
Why is that?

There are no errors in OneToManyMTCH.
This suggests that the difference in the p-value is likely due to the data itself. It is possible that the two groups have significant differences that are not addressed by the matching process, or that the samples in each group have different distributions. Consider running additional tests (such as t-tests, ANOVA tests, correlation tests, etc.) to investigate further.
Pretty much insufficient information.
Example data of the sets before the "MTCH", have to assume match is meant, how the "OnetoManyMtch" was accomplished and the code run that generates the p-values.
If you "know" the test(s) would show no difference why was it done? Or why do you believe there should be no differennce?
