HLM using PROC MIXED

Examining differences in student outcomes in a cluster RCT that randomly assgined schools to different health curriculums. Some schools have one health teacher, and other schools have two health teachers delivering the curriculum. Some teachers teach one section/class; others teach more than one section. Teachers were not randomly assigned nor were classes (schools were assigned). Is this a three-level model?

Random intercept / sub=student(class);

Random intercept / sub=class;

i believe the two statements above say that you have two randoms effects: a random intercept for each class and a random intercept for each student (who are nested in their respective classes)
