Hello,

I am trying to generate a proportional odds score test using PROC GENMOD. I am aware that I can generate this with PROC LOGISTIC but would my repeated subject impact the score test? If so, then how do I get the Score Test for the Proportional Odds Assumption?

Here's my code:

Outcome: _stress_3cat

Predictor: age

Clustered on city and network based on sampling

proc genmod data=nursesds descending;
class _stress_3cat(ref='1')/param=ref;
model _stress_3cat = age/d=mult link=cumlogit type3;

repeated subject = city*network/type=cs;

run;

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
