GLIMMIX model fit statistics

I'm myself not a SAS user, and I am pondering over a piece of output from a logistic random effect model that was computed using the GLIMMIX procedure. To assess the fit of the model to the data, the analyst has specified the following fit statistics:

-2 Res Log Pseudo-Likelihood

Pseudo-AIC

Pseudo-AICC

Pseudo-BIC

Pseudo-CAIC

Pseudo-HQIC

Generalized Chi-Square

Is there any documentation where I can read what exactly these fit statistics are and how they are interpreted?
