For mutation typeB, how to compare the effect of typeB during the first year (days<365) and the effect after the first year (days>365)? What statistical test for it?

Days      Number of days from diagnosis until death or last follow-up

Status    (1 if died; =0 if right-censored)

TypeB    (1 if genetic mutation B,0 if no genetic mutation B)
